The Antigonish Bulldogs play their second game in as many days in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League.

The Bulldogs, coming off a loss to the Miners in Membertou Saturday night, return home to host the third-place Eskasoni Eagles (3-5-1).

Antigonish has won the first two games in the season series between the teams.

Puck drop at the Antigonish Arena is 7 p.m.

 

The Cape Breton West Islanders and Valley Wildcats finish off their weekend series in the Nova Scotia U18 Major Hockey League.

The Wildcats won Saturday night’s game between the teams in Port Hood.

Puck drop at the Al MacInnis Sports Centre in Port Hood is 12 p.m.

 

The two local teams in the Maritime Major U18 Female Hockey League are back in action.

The Cape Breton Lynx stay in Dartmouth to play the Penguins at 12 p.m.

The Lynx won Saturday’s game between the teams.

The league-leading Northern Selects host second-place Halifax in the second half of their weekend home-and-home series.

The Selects won Saturday’s game between the teams in Bedford to take a 2-1-2 edge through the first five games of the season series.

Puck drop at the Pictou Co. Wellness Centre is 3 p.m.

 

The Cabot Highlanders host the Valley Wildcats for the second time in as many days in the Nova Scotia U16 AAA Hockey League.

The Highlanders won the first game of the season between the teams in Port Hawkesbury Saturday night.

Puck drop at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre is 12:30 p.m.

 

The Novas play their second of back-to-back home games in the Nova Scotia U15 Major Hockey League.

The Novas, who beat the Cougars at home Saturday night, host the Rangers.

It’s the second game in the season series; the Rangers won the first 3-2 in East Hants in October.

Puck drop at the Keating Centre in Antigonish is 12:30 p.m.

 

The Halifax Mooseheads return home in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

The Mooseheads, coming off a win in Cape Breton Saturday afternoon, host River Denys’ Colten Ellis, Antigonish’s Sean Stewart and the first-place Charlottetown Islanders.

The Islanders have won three of the first four games in the season series between the teams.

Game time at Scotiabank Centre is 4 p.m.
