The case of a man charged in a stabbing in Inverness Co. has been adjourned.
RCMP say a man, 38, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries when he was stabbed following an argument in Inverness in August.
They say Francis Xavier Forance, 55, turned himself in shortly after the incident.
Forance faces counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon.
He was scheduled for election-and-plea in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Monday; instead, the hearing was adjourned until April 26.
It was also adjourned in February.
