Officials at a local school say they’re dealing with a serious behavioural incident.
In a letter to parents and guardians, Carol Smith, the principal of Dalbrae Academy in Mabou, says the incident involving some of their students was witnessed by other students in a classroom Wednesday.
Smith says a video of the incident was uploaded to social media platforms, and has since been shared.
She says they’re asking students not to share the video; instead, they should immediately remove it from their phones.
RCMP were called to the school; school officials and police are investigating.
