RCMP in Richmond Co. have charged two men after an assault in Loch Lomond.

Police say they found both men at a residence nearby and arrested them.
RCMP say they have charged 58-year-old Daniel James McMullin, of Loch Lomond, and 37-year-old Kyle Sparrow, of New Waterford, with Assault, Uttering Threats to Kill, Break and Enter to a Residence, and McMullin faces additional charges of Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Unsafe Storage of a Firearm, for a firearm found in the home which is not believed to have been used in the attack.
Police say both men have been released from custody on conditions and are scheduled to appear in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court June 28.
