Applicants have been waiting for word on when they could do an actual driving test. More than 8000 people who had a driver test cancelled because of COVID 19 are being called now to reschedule. Once Access NS works through that backlog they will begin to book new appointments. They predict that will be in August.

As of yesterday, offices in Sackville, Bridgewater, Yarmouth, Kentville, Digby, Amherst, Truro, Stellarton, Antigonish, Port Hawkesbury and Sydney have re-opened without the need to first make an appointment.
