They will be awarding 100 deserving frontline workers with an all inclusive vacation to a Royalton Luxury Resort.
You can nominate someone you know or you can nominate yourself.
There are 2 ways to enter the contest, you can fill out the form on their website or share a photo of your frontline hero on Instagram with the #SunwingCelebratesHeroes hashtag and tag @SunwingVacations in your caption.
They ask for a brief description of why the person deserves a vacation.
Each winner will receive a 7-night vacation for two adults (one of whom must be the winner) and up to 2 children under the age of 12 (children must be in the winner’s immediate family)
The definition of a frontline worker for the purposes of this Contest includes any person working in these specific fields or providing support services to these industries:
- Healthcare
- Food/water
- Communications
- IT
- Energy
- Natural and propane gas workers
- Petroleum workers
- Transportation
- Manufacturing
- Safety
- Government
- Postal/delivery services
- Educators and childcare workers
- Hotel staff at hotels being used for COVID-19 mitigation and containment
- Waste/garbage
- Veterinarians and animal welfare
- Correctional services
- Social services/mental health
