A boil water advisory has been issued in Richmond County.
Anyone using water from the Louisdale, Evanston and Whiteside water system should boil water for one minute before drinking, brushing their teeth, washing food or any other activity requiring consumption.
The advisory is a precautionary measure due to water quality and will continue until further notice.
Due to testing requirements, the boil water advisory is expected to remain in place throughout the weekend.
