Boil water advisory in effect for Port Hood

There is a boil water advisory for residents of Port Hood.

The Municipality of the County of Inverness is advising residents to bring tap water to a rolling boil for at least 2 minutes before drinking water, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth, or preparing food.

The Municipality says officials are working to fix the issue, and says they’ll be posting updates on their Facebook page.
