The battle of the Quad Counties continues tonight with game four between the Strait Pirates and Antigonish Bulldogs.
After losing the first two games in Antigonish, the Strait Pirates took game three at the Civic Centre 5-4, giving Antigonish their first regulation loss of the year.
Bulldogs Head Coach, Donnie Grant, said tonight’s game will be a chance for his team to fight the adversity.
“You know, if we can lose a game there then we can certainly lose another one and keep going. So, we have to take advantage of this opportunity to fight the adversity and take a three to one series lead.” Grant said.
With the series now 2-1 for Antigonish, Grant said he’s expecting an exciting game.
“it’s going to be a lively crowd there tonight, I imagine. A Friday night, 2-1 series in Port Hawkesbury, we have to soak up the moment and enjoy every bit of it because it’s going to be a fun game tonight.”
The puck drops at 7:30.
