Cape Breton castle listed for 1 million dollars has sold

If you say “you know the castle on the 105?” to pretty much any local, they will know exactly what you are talking about.

The home had been listed for sale (see the listing here)

It had been used as a bed and breakfast over the years, sitting on 163 acres, has 10 guest rooms and even a brook that runs under the great room.

The proud new owner is a woman from Ontario named Elaine Knight who wanted to find a retirement home in Cape Breton with the option of setting up an Airbnb. I think she found it!

For many years, it was known as Castle Moffet but the new owner plans to rename it Castle Knight. A knight is moving into the castle!
