The Desmond Fatality Inquiry will not return to the Guysborough Municipal Building.
The hearing had been indefinitely suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A release says Inquiry Judge Warren Zimmer and Department of Justice Officials are looking for a space which will be able to accommodate the hearing under COVID-19 restrictions.
No word yet on where that might be, or when the inquiry could resume.
