Dexter Nova Alliance selected for highway twinning

Dexter Nova Alliance has been selected for contract negotiations to twin a section of Hwy. 104.

In a release Thursday, the province announced they had selected Dexter from a shortlist of three candidates.

It says Dexter will be responsible to build, maintain, and operate the section of road between Sutherlands River and Antigonish.

It says the contract is expected to be finalized and awarded in April; with construction starting in the spring and being finished no later than the end of 2023.
