Members of a group hosted at StFX have received almost $8 million in federal funding.
Ginette Pettipas-Taylor, the federal health minister, announced $7.7 million in renewed funding for more than eight years for the National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health Monday.
It’s one of six national collaborating centres promoting the use of research and education to improve public health practices.
Pettipas-Taylor says centre reps will use the funding to continue normal operations.
