Five New COVID Related Deaths In Nova Scotia

There were five more deaths due to COVID-19 in our province last week.

From the July 5-11 time period, the province is reporting 223 lab-confirmed cases per day.

There were 1,562 positive cases, down from 1,749 the week before.

The numbers don’t include those who test positive with rapid tests.

Nova Scotia Health says 25 people are in hospital, with six in intensive care.

The numbers come from the provincial dashboard on COVID-19.
