Inverness and Richmond debates happening Tuesday

Candidates in a pair of Quad County ridings are set to square off Tuesday evening.

The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its second debate in as many days, focused on business related questions.

The SACOC co-hosted a debate for the Guysborough-Tracadie candidates Monday evening.

The candidates in Inverness are up Tuesday: the NDP’s Joanna Clark, Liberal Damian MacInnis, and Tory Allan MacMaster.

It gets underway at 6:30 p.m. at the Inverness County Centre for the Arts and livestreamed on Facebook.

The second forum is in Richmond and features 4 candidates: PC Trevor Boudreau, Liberal Matt Haley, Independent Alana Paon, and Bryson Syliboy of the NDP.
