An Inverness Co. man will appear in court for sentencing today, in relation to child pornography offenses.
RCMP say 44-year-old Wayne Thomas Prosper was arrested following the search of a Waycobah home last June.
Prosper was charged with one count of transmitting child pornography, two counts of possession of child pornography, and one count of accessing child pornography.
Prosper plead guilty to charges of distributing child pornography and accessing child pornography in February; two other charges of possession of child pornography were dismissed.
Police say Prosper was released from custody on conditions after being charged.
