“Licence of a Lifetime” goes to local man

A man from Richmond Co. has won a provincial contest that allows him to hunt and fish free for life.

Malcolm Beaulieu of Framboise is one of two winners of the annual Licence of a Lifetime draw.

This is the 27th year for the draw, which is put on by officials with the provincial government; they received more than 1,000 entries.

Winners receive a general fishing licence, small game hunting licence, and either a deer hunting, bear hunting, bear snaring or fur harvester licence free of charge.
