Lieutenant governor to present community spirit award in Isle Madame

Nova Scotia’s lieutenant governor will recognize a Richmond County community for its power, strength and diversity.

His Honour Arthur J. LeBlanc will present a 2024 Lieutenant Governor’s Community Spirit Award to Isle Madame on Saturday.

The event will be held at the D’Escousse Civic Improvement Society Hall.

It will feature a celebration of Isle Madame’s volunteers and organizations plus congratulatory remarks from dignitaries.
