A 19-year-old arrested in an Inverness Co. sexual assault investigation in expected back in court in November.
Hunter James Smith of Sugar Camp faces 15 counts- three charges each of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching, and two charges each of luring a child, indecent acts/exposure and obtaining sexual service for consideration from a person under 18 years of age.
RCMP say two victims have been identified in the case.
Smith, who was released on conditions Oct. 6, had an arraignment hearing in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Monday; he’s scheduled to return for election-and-plea Nov. 30.
