The Cape Breton West Islanders host Halifax in their only game of the weekend in the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League.
The Islanders (13-15-2), who have lost two of their last three, are fifth in the eight-team league with 28 points; Halifax is second.
It’s the fourth regular season game between the teams- Halifax has won two of the first three.
Puck drop at the Al MacInnis Sports Centre in Port Hood is 12 p.m.
The Novas are back on home ice in the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League.
The Novas, coming off a win against Dartmouth in Antigonish Saturday night, host Pictou Co.
It’s their third and final regular season game- the Novas won the first two.
Puck drop at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre is 12:30 p.m.
