The Strait Pirates wrap up the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League regular season with back-to-back games.
They visit the Valley Maple Leafs.
The Pirates (27-2-1), winners of 10 straight and 22 of their last 23, have already locked up top spot in the Sid Rowe Division- and the entire league- with 55 points; the Maple Leafs (13-16-1), who will miss the playoffs, are fifth in the Fred Fox Division with 27 points.
It’s the second and final regular season game between the teams; the Pirates won the first 11-1 in Port Hawkesbury in October.
Game time is 7:30 p.m.
The Pirates play their final regular season game when they host Cumberland Co. Friday night.
The Richmond Academy Hurricanes host the Dalbrae Dragons in the second and final game of their two-game semi-final series in the Cape Breton West High School Hockey League playoffs.
The Hurricanes, who won the opening game 5-0 in Port Hood Monday, need a win or a tie to advance to the one-game league final; a Dragons regulation win would force a series-deciding overtime period.
Puck drop at the Richmond Arena in Louisdale is 7:30 p.m.
