The Antigonish Bulldogs have a rare mid-week game in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League.
They visit the Valley Maple Leafs.
The Bulldogs (14-11-0), winners of two of their last three, are third in the six-team Sid Rowe Division with 28 points, five points behind the Miners for second, and two points ahead of fourth-place Pictou Co.; the Maple Leafs (9-14-1) are fifth in the Fred Fox Division with 19 points.
It’s the second and final regular season game between the teams- Antigonish won the first 6-3 at home in October.
Game time is 7 p.m.
St. Andrews’ Declan Smith and the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The Screaming Eagles (27-15-3), who have won four of their last five games, are eighth in the 18-team league with 57 points, a point behind Moncton and Charlottetown, the two teams tied for sixth, and four points ahead of ninth-place Chicoutimi; the Titan (7-35-2) are last with 16 points.
Cape Breton has won four of the first five games in the eight-game season series between the Maritimes Division opponents.
Puck drop at Centre 200 in Sydney is 7 p.m.
