The Cabot Highlanders host the Cape Breton Jets.
The Highlanders (4-5-3), with losses in three straight regular season games and four of their last five, sit fifth in the eight-team league with 11 points, three points behind the Admirals for fourth, and a point ahead of the Thunder and Kings, the two teams tied for sixth; the Jets (1-11-1) are last with three points.
It’s the first of six regular season games between the teams.
Puck drop at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre is 7 p.m.
It’s the start of a three-game homestand for the Highlanders, who host the Admirals in a pair of weekend games in Port Hawkesbury.
