Some more hats are in the ring for the upcoming municipal elections.
Mary Farrell, an incumbent councillor in the Town of Antigonish, has announced she’s re-offering.
Farrell, who is currently the town’s deputy mayor, was first elected to council in 2016.
Brandon Boudreau is running in Richmond Co.‘s District 1 (Petit-de-Grat/Arichat East); he’s up against James Goyetche, the incumbent, and Rod Samson, a former municipal councillor, so far.
Municipal elections are scheduled to take place across the province Oct. 17.
