A new student residence building is coming to the Nova Scotia Community College Strait Area Campus.
Premier Stephen McNeil announced new NSCC capital projects for three campuses across the province Monday morning.
The new 51-bed, 20,000 square foot residence for the Strait Area Campus is expected to cost roughly $7 million.
College officials say it will be configured along the lines of apartment living designed to accommodate their short-term program offerings.
