The Bulldogs (17-15-0), who lost back-to-back games to finish the regular season fourth in the six-team Sid Rowe Division with 34 points, will meet the Strait Pirates in the first round of the playoffs; the best-of-seven Sid Rowe semi-final series gets underway in Port Hawkesbury Friday night.
Antigonish will host game two Sunday night.
