The Progressive Conservatives painted the Quad Counties blue for the second straight election.
Guysborough-Tracadie residents re-elected Greg Morrow in a convincing fashion on Tuesday night.
Unofficial results show Morrow received more than 77 per cent of the votes cast.
Trevor Boudreau is back in Richmond after taking nearly 71 per cent of the votes.
In Antigonish, Michelle Thompson secured the seat with just shy of 65 per cent of the votes.
Meanwhile, Kyle MacQuarrie will become a first-time MLA in Inverness after capturing 57 per cent of the vote.
He will take over from Allan MacMaster, who held the riding since 2009 but is looking to make the jump to federal politics.
