Police investigate suspicious fire in Guysborough County

RCMP have deemed a fire in Guysborough County as suspicious.

Police say on April 4th at about 11 a.m., crews responded to an active structure fire at a property near the 6700 block of Highway 16 in Halfway Cove.

The home was unoccupied.

The Mounties are investigating and the fire marshal is assisting.

Anyone with information about this fire is asked to contact Guysborough County District RCMP at 902-533-3801.
