Cape Breton Regional Police say they’re investigating a Dominion death.
They say a man, 42, was found on a sidewalk Sunday morning.
Police say officers and paramedics responded at roughly 8:30 a.m.; he was pronounced dead shortly after.
They say the cause of death is undetermined as they await autopsy results.
