Police looking for witnesses to fatal Inverness Co. accident

RCMP are looking for information on a fatal vehicle-pedestrian collision in East Margaree on Boxing Day.

They say a 76-year-old man from the community was struck in a parking lot on the East Margaree Road between the Marsh Brook Road and East Margaree Crossing Road.

RCMP say the man was taken to hospital but died.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the accident to come forward.
