The suspect in a bathroom attack in Port Hawkesbury is in court Tuesday.
RCMP say 50-year-old James Darren Peters faces a charge of possession of child pornography in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court.
They say they found child pornography after a search of his L’Ardoise home in October.
Police arrested Peters in March following a pair of sexual assaults on young boys at stores in Port Hawkesbury and in Sydney in August.
