Port Hawkesbury winter parking regulations in effect

The Town of Port Hawkesbury’s winter parking ban is in place.

The overnight ban, which runs from 1-7 a.m., started Friday; it’s in effect until April 15.

Town officials typically only enforce it during a storm, or when there’s snow in the forecast.

They say vehicles left on the street during a storm will be towed.

Overnight bans in other municipalities within the Quad Counties start in December.
