Power outage for part of Inverness County

A power outage in Inverness County affecting over 2,000 customers started Monday morning shortly after 9 a.m.

The Nova Scotia Power outage map displays from the Port Hastings area to Port Hood area along Highway 19 are without electricity.

The cause is listed as a transmission interruption.

Power was restored before 1 p.m.
