Price of gas climbs again

Pump prices have increased for the second week in a row.

The price of gas climbed as much as 1.2 cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.00.2 on the low end, and $1.03.2 on the high end.

Prices are up in back-to-back weeks following three straight weeks with no increases.

Diesel took a huge jump, shooting up 7.1 cents a litre at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.18.7 and a maximum of $1.21.7.
