Price of gas climbs for 10th straight week

Pump prices have increased for the 10th week in a row.

The price at the pumps climbed as much as 3.7 cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.30.2 on the low end, and $1.33.2 on the high end.

Prices have increased in 14 of the last 15 weeks.

Diesel is also higher, climbing as much as 1.9 cents a litre at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.23.6 and a maximum of $1.26.6.
