Price of gas up less than a cent

Pump prices have increased for the eighth week in a row.

The price of gas climbed 0.5 cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.22.8 on the low end, and $1.25.8 on the high end.

Prices have increased in 12 of the last 13 weeks.

Diesel went up the same, increasing 0.5 cents at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.22.9 and a maximum of $1.25.9.
