Projects in Guysborough-Tracadie receive provincial funding

A number of projects in Guysborough-Tracadie are getting provincial funding.

Over $252,000 is coming things like facility upgrades and trail development.

The biggest investment is $55,000 to the Municipality of the County of Guysborough for tourism and recreation rest stops.

Another $50,000 is for the St. James The Martyr Church in Halfway Cove for repairs to exterior walls and roofing.

MLA Greg Morrow says it touches nearly every aspect of life, from recreation and culture to essential infrastructure.
