The Eagles (23-13-3) have won six straight to move into a three-way tie with Rimouski and Charlottetown for third in the ten-team Eastern Conference with 49 points, five points behind Moncton for second, and eight points ahead of sixth-place Saint John.
Cape Breton has won three of the first four games in the nine-game season series between the Maritimes Division opponents.
