A man from Richmond Co. accused of sexual assault has had his trial date set.
Joseph Velma Samson, 69, of Arichat faces a single count of sexual assault in relation to an August 2020 incident.
Samson, whose case opened in court in October, pleaded not guilty during an election-and-plea hearing in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court in December.
He was back in court yesterday for a hearing to set a trial date.
Samson will return to court November 25 for trial.
