River Bourgeois man back in court in historical sexual assault case

Adolphe Kehoe, 84, of River Bourgeois is due back in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court.

Kehoe who was charged after an investigation into historical sexual assault will be before a judge today.

RCMP say the assaults happened in different areas of Isle Madame in the 1970’s. This is the second time this year for charges to be laid in relation to historical sexual assault investigation in the Isle Madame Area.

RCMP charged 90 old Delmore Boudreau with 12 offences back in May.

Police say there could be more victims and that you’re encouraged to come forward if you feel you’re a victim.
