The latest StFX athletes of the week have been announced.
Paul MacLellan, an X-Men cross country runner, won the male award after he placed 12th of 174 runners, the top StFX finisher, with a time of 25:33.62 in the 8km race at the UQAM interlock meet in Montreal Saturday; StFX finished third overall among 14 teams.
Megan Frost, a defender with the X-Women soccer team, earned female honours; she was named player of the game in StFX’s 2-0 road win against Moncton Thursday.
X-Men receiver Isaac Fagnan, defensive lineman Alex Fedchun, and kicker/punter Keiran Burnham are the latest StFX football players of the week.
