A 19-year-old arrested in an Inverness Co. sexual assault investigation has entered not guilty pleas in his case.
Hunter James Smith of Sugar Camp faces 15 counts- three charges each of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching, and two charges each of luring a child, indecent acts/exposure and obtaining sexual service for consideration from a person under 18 years of age.
RCMP say two victims have been identified in the case.
Smith, who was released on conditions Oct. 6, had an election-and-plea hearing in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Monday.
He pleaded not guilty to all 15 charges; he’s scheduled to stand trial June 14-15.
