A StFX hockey player will return to play in the World Junior Prospects tournament later this month.
Forward Holden Cook is one of seven returning players on the U SPORTS Men’s Hockey All-Stars roster named Tuesday.
He also played in the 2016 and 2017 tournament.
They are set to face Hockey Canada’s World Junior Prospects in Victoria, B.C. from Dec. 12-14.
New this year, the event will feature a three-game series against Team Canada’s World Junior Prospects vying for roster spots at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship being held in Vancouver and Victoria over the holidays.
