A local NSCC student has earned some provincial recognition.
Stewart MacLean from the Nova Scotia Community College’s Strait Area Campus is one of six students to receive the 2020 Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Culinary Excellence.
The award recognizes a graduating student from each NSCC campus offering culinary programming; one recipient will receive the top honour, a medal for culinary excellence, during a ceremony at Government House in the fall.
