Suspect arrested in Judique fight expected back in court

A man charged following a fight in Inverness Co. is scheduled to return to court Thursday.

RCMP say they were called to the store in Judique one Saturday morning in April.

They say one man punched another in the face; one person was injured.

Daniel Jerome Gillis, 62, of Judique faces a count of assault causing bodily harm; his case opened in June.

Gillis is expected to stand trial in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court after he entered a not guilty plea in July.
