Teen charged in racist graffiti case back in court

A teen in the Antigonish area charged with four counts of mischief and one count of Public Incitement of Hatred is heading to court.

The 17 year old is due for an election and plea hearing Wednesday morning in Antigonish Youth Court.

Police say they found racist graffiti on a school, school bus, and a sign back in March.

The teen was expected for the election and plea hearing back in July but it was adjourned until August 15th.
