***UPDATE***RCMP say woman reported missing from local First Nations community no longer considered missing

Police say a woman from a First Nation in Victoria Co. is no longer considered a missing person.

They say Starr Francis-Smith, 23, was last seen leaving a home on Fishery Rd. in Wagmatcook at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

RCMP say she left with her boyfriend in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee; they issued a release to say she hadn’t been seen since, and they were concerned for her well-being Sunday.

They issued another release to say the Wagmatcook woman is no longer considered missing Monday; however, they have not provided any additional information to indicate she has been found safe.
