The Town of Antigonish held a public hearing last night.
The meeting gave residents an opportunity to learn about an application by Paradis Investments limited that would permit the development of a mixed use building at 23 Main Street.
Despite some concerns about flooding there didn’t appear to be any significant opposition to the proposal. This application will be brought up at the next council meeting.
The hope is to start the construction as soon as possible
