Two people have been arrested near St. Peter’s.
RCMP say officers were conducting a traffic stop in River Tillard, Richmond Co., Tuesday when they found drugs in the vehicle.
Police say they seized hydromorphone and cellular devices; a 33-year-old Chapel Island man and 44-year-old St. Peters man were taken into custody.
RCMP have not named the men or specified the charges yet.
They say the drugs have been sent to a lab for testing, and an investigation is ongoing.
