Two more school-based COVID-19 cases

Active cases of COVID-19 continue to decline in the province.

We had 88 active cases- down from 95- after provincial officials announced four new cases in the Central Zone Sunday.

Three are under investigation, while one is related to travel outside Atlantic Canada; that person has been self-isolating as required.

Nova Scotia Health Authority labs completed 1,171 tests Dec. 5.

Two more school-based cases were announced later in the day Sunday- one at Ian Forsyth Elementary in Dartmouth and Berwick and District School, which is in the western zone- to bring us up to 90 active cases.
